  Membership to the NWFHC The Northwest Friesian Horse Club membership has steadily grown over the years. Currently we have 84 members in British Columbia, Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana. You do not need to own a Friesian to join the NWFHC. Many have joined as Associate Members to take advantage of the wealth of knowledge available among our membership. As they say, Knowledge is Power! We must give "fair warning" that within a short time our Associate Members become smitten by the Friesian horse and make room in their hearts and barns for their own black beauty. Club membership includes a quarterly Newsletter, quarterly Ride/Drive/Business Meetings, Keuring coordination, email updates, informational clinics, a plethora of knowledge, not to mention tons of fun! Our members include those who have been with FHANA for many years which affords our new members a great deal of knowledge and history of the Friesian horse! We offer the following Membership options: FULL MEMBER: Full members (Individual, Business, or Family) must own a Friesian horse and have a current FHANA membership and be eligible to vote in FHANA proceedings (Individual, Family, or Business member). FHANA members who join more than one chapter can be a full voting member in ONLY ONE chapter, but may be Associate Members (non-voting) in additional chapters. ($40.00 annual dues). ASSOCIATE MEMBER. Anyone (Individual, Business, or Family) with an interest in the Friesian horse can be an Associate Member. Associate Members also include FHANA members eligible to vote in the FHANA proceedings who are currently Full Members of a different chapter. Associate Members are not eligible to vote in club proceedings. ($20.00 annual dues).
